Shipping Policy
Most of our products are stored in local warehouses in the United States, allowing buyers residing in the U.S. to enjoy faster delivery with an estimated transit time of 2–5 days (excluding remote states and islands). However, some items still ship from China, which may result in longer delivery times.

For buyers outside the United States, orders typically arrive within 7–25 days, with shipping costs calculated based on the weight of the items.

Order Processing
We process orders within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

A successfully placed order will receive an email confirmation containing order details. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us for verification.

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at service@engoozen.com. Please note that we cannot make changes to an order once it has been shipped.

Please review and ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for non‑delivery due to errors in the address provided. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount (excluding shipping fees) and ask you to resubmit your order.
